TERMS & CONDITIONS 

  1. When placing an order, you agree that any orders placed are correct.

  2. You can place an order using an existing prescription from your own optometrist/optician. The prescription must be for optical glasses and not contact lenses. 

  3. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be amended or cancelled. If you have an issue with your order, call or email us as soon as possible. If you're uncertain as to how to go about it, you can email or whatsapp us a copy of your prescription; we'll attach it internally for you.  

  4. All sunglasses orders come from a warehouse where the lenses are pre-cut, you are unable to modify the lens colour. If you would like to make it with prescription lenses or a different lens colour, we can place the order for you. This may incur an additional cost as this will be considered a custom order from our lab.

Warranties

  1. All our eyeglasses have (1) year warranty from the date of receipt. If your glasses are damaged due to manufacturing defects and you inform us about it within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective products with the same products for free of charge. Should it be difficult to procure the same products, we will replace it with a product of equal value from our product line.

  2. Defects in the anti-reflective (AR) coating are warrantied for one (1) year from the date of receipt. During the warranty period, the lenses will be replaced, at no charge if damaged due to coating defect under normal usage.

  3. Once you receive your glasses, you feel there is a manufacturing error, return the glasses for inspection within 30 days. If our inspection shows the glasses were made incorrectly, we will remake them for you at no charge. 

  4. Replacement nose pads and screws are offered for the lifetime of the glasses. 

  5. If the fit of the frame is not perfect when you receive it, we'll help you adjust it in our stores. 

  6. The following cases will not be covered under any warranties stated above even though it is within the warranty period.

  • Any defect arising out of misuse or carelessness of a customer.

  • Any defect arising out of a natural disaster or accident.

  • Any request for change or replacement of a different type of lenses is not covered under this warranty. 

  • Any request for replacement of a new lens due to a customer providing incorrect degree will not be covered.

  • Any damage to the lenses arising from a customer’s negligence (deformation, cracks, flaws, scratches or break) is not covered under this warranty.

  • Any damage to the lens coating or material due to adverse wear and tear or patient misuse will not be covered.

  • Any request without the presentation of any official warranty document (including warranty email) where we cannot confirm the record of your purchase and the Purchase Date

 

 

Exchanges/Refunds

From the date you receive the prescription glasses, you can contact us for a return within 30 Days.

    • If you made a mistake on the order,

    • If you just don't like the glasses,

We will refund you the frame price for a one-time-use 100% store credit, as the lenses can't be used any more after cutting. You need to cover the shipping cost. The return frame must be in good condition.

If the prescription you provide is incorrect, we will not be responsible for the cost of the remake.

For non-prescription glasses, we can offer exchanges within 30 days of being received, granted that they are still in satisfactory condition

If you need to return an item, follow the simple steps below:

Call, WhatsApp, or email us within thirty (30) days of receiving the item to get your return authorization (RA) number.

These items must be included in package:

  1. The eyeglasses, and any accessories, in the hard-plastic case that contained the glasses.

  2. A note with the RA# and a brief description of the issue that caused you to return the glasses.

  3. A copy of the prescription from an outside optometrist provided, so we can inspect the glasses and determine if they were made according to the prescription.

Returns should be sent to the address provided with your RA number. To receive a replacement order, glasses must be returned in their entirety (frames, lenses, eyeglass case, etc.)
