Delivery Details:

You may choose to receive your order via home delivery, or pick up from our store.

For home delivery service:

• Normal prescription glasses will take about 3 working days to ready.
• Transition glasses will take about 3-7 working days to ready.
• High astigmatism glasses will take about 7-10 working days to ready. Once your order leaves our shop, you will receive an email with tracking information.
• Estimated delivery time: 3-4 working days.
• Free delivery is applicable for all spectacles and sunglasses orders.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you do not receive tracking confirmation after 3 business days from the day you completed your payment, please contact us @ 6241 6326 for more information.

For self-collection:

• For self-collection at our store, you will receive a SMS notification once the order arrived at the store.
